DELIVERY/PICK-UP POLICIES

Delivery:
The person who is responsible for rental must be present at time of delivery. At this time, waivers and agreements will be signed and basic instruction will be given. All persons who will ride on kayaks must be present to sign waiver.

Pick – Up:
The person responsible for rental must be present at time of pick-up. If renter fails to be present, a fee of 50.00 will be charged to credit card. We will assess the condition of kayak at this time and discuss if any damages have occurred.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before 72 hours of reservation date will result in a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of reservation date will result in forfeit of payment made. Be sure to check weather forecast prior to the 72 hour cancellation period to ensure refund if raining. It is renter’s responsibility to call and speak with justyakin in order to cancel reservation.

NOTICE OF RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for all rented equipment and will be charged for damage or lossed equipment as follows:
